Part of the Fundamentals of IIS series, the goal of this module is to explain key concepts related to data quality specific to IIS. Learners will explore the characteristics of data quality with respect to how it's measured, examples of data quality issues, and strategies for improving data quality. Additionally, learners will understand actions the IIS can take to protect and promote data quality. The course includes links to other resources related to data quality for those who want to explore the topic further.
This course material is applicable for all new employees that work with the IIS regardless of skill level, as it provides a common framework for understanding the work of the IIS. It can also serve as a refresher for more experienced employees -- more detailed resources are linked throughout which allow for advanced study.
